![]() ![]() ![]() Stephanie needed open-heart surgery to repair what doctors believed was a bicuspid aortic valve, a condition they had discovered right after she graduated from Kansas in 2007 but believed she could live with for a long time. Tim is a bit of a slob, and he likes to joke that his bad habit saved her life. Luckily, a pile of clothes had cushioned the fall.
